What are the steps for daily operation of vacuum dryer?

The so-called vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dry materials under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to extract air and moisture, the drying speed will be accelerated. If using a condenser. The solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, a condenser is not needed, saving energy investment.

Steps to use vacuum dryer:
 1. Put the materials to be dried into the vacuum drying box, close the bleed valve, open the vacuum valve, turn on the power of the vacuum pump and start pumping. After the vacuum degree in the box reaches a certain value, close the vacuum valve, and then turn off the power of the vacuum pump.

 2. Select the required set temperature. When the temperature in the box begins to rise and approaches the set temperature, the heating indicator light will flicker on and off, repeated many times. Generally, it can enter the constant temperature state within 120 minutes.

 3. Choose different drying times based on the moisture content of the items. If the drying time is long and the vacuum degree drops, you should pump out air again to restore the vacuum degree. You should first power on the vacuum pump and then turn on the vacuum valve.

Common faults and solutions of fluidized bed dryer

The material enters the machine from the feed inlet, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed, continuously moving forward. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material.
