QG.JG.FG Series Pneumatic Dryer

Airflow dryer, also known as instant and flash dryer has been applied in pharmaceutical and chemical industries since 1960s in China. In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. For more than ten years, the following three series of air flow dryers have been improved and developed: QG, FG and JG series.

ZLG Series Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously.

LZG Disc Scraper Dryer

The damp raw material enters into helix bed from feed inlet at the top and moves along with the helix bed under the function of excited force and gravity material make jumping motion from up to low until discharged at the bottom layer.

DW Series Single‑layer Belt Dryer

The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is moved in the dryer by the driving device.

DW Series Multi‑layer Belt Dryer

Multi-layer belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is used for drying flaky, strip and granular materials with good air permeability.

TG Series (Single‑drum, Double‑drum) Drum Scraper Dryer
