Airflow dryer, also known as instant and flash dryer has been applied in pharmaceutical and chemical industries since 1960s in China. In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. For more than ten years, the following three series of air flow dryers have been improved and developed: QG, FG and JG series.

QG series

Basic air flow drying equipment, suitable for loose, small viscosity, finished products for particles and powder materials. The flow diagram is negative pressure air flow drying. Users can choose the positive pressure drying method according to the product characteristics.

Performance characteristics

Powerful dying. Little invest and the amount of evaporated moisture is high (from 50kgH₂Oh-2000kgH₂Oh)
The drying time is short. The series is suitable in stung heat sensitive materials. The finished product is separated from outside, and no pollution with high quality.
The equipment is a total set, the heat source can be choose from steam, coal fuel, oi fuel and gas fuel hot air furnace.

FG series positive and negative air flow dryer            

The drying of wet materials is divided into two steps. The raw materials are first dried by the mixture of secondary drying tail gas and supplementary gas  under  negative  pressure. The used high temperature and low humidity tail gas is discharged out of the machine, and the dried semi-finished products are dried by fresh hot air under negative pressure. Measure and package the dried products. The used exhaust gas with high temperature.

JG series

There is tail gas that is recycled, 30%of the advantages of desiccator energy-conservation than general air current, suitable for the inviscid, loose form supplies, the finished product is particle and powder.
