Working Principle

The powder particles in the fluid bed vessel maintain a fluidized state. They are preheated and mixed with filtered, heated clean air. Meanwhile, the adhesive solution is sprayed into the vessel. The powder particles are bonded and granulated by the adhesive.
With continuous drying via hot air circulation, the moisture inside the granules is completely evaporated. This process proceeds continuously to finally produce uniform, porous and high-quality granules.
