Working Principle

The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.

Characteristics

The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, reasonable structure.
Pneumatic seal drive shaft can be changed into water when cleaning.
Fluidized granulation, granule approximately spherical, good liquidity.
Compared with the traditional process to reduce 25% adhesive, drying time shortened.
Dry mixing for 2 minutes per batch, granulation for 1-4 minutes, the efficiency is 4-5 times higher than the traditional process.
In the same closed container, dry mixing-wet mixing-granulation, process shortened.
The whole operation has strict security measures.
Can be made according to user requirements jacket type.
