1. Before debugging, we need to close the door and tighten the door handle in place, then close the bleed valve and open the vacuum valve. Of course, the vacuum valve switch may be tight when used for the first time, and you can turn it hard. When we turn on the power of the vacuum pump, we need to start pumping. At this time, we need to close the vacuum valve first and then turn off the power of the vacuum pump to prevent the oil from the vacuum pump from flowing back into the working room. At this time, the vacuum dryer is in a vacuum state. This is the vacuum debugging method.


 2. First, turn on the power of the vacuum dryer. Then its power light will light up and perform self-test, which means it has entered the state. It is necessary to set the temperature of the vacuum dryer. This step is very important, so I would like to spend a separate article below to do it. When the temperature inside the machine is set close to the specified temperature, the heating will begin to enter the PID adjustment stage. Then, at this time, the instrument will sometimes measure a temperature exceeding the set temperature, and sometimes the temperature will be lower than the set temperature. This is a normal phenomenon. Then when measuring the temperature, if it is close to or equal to the set temperature, it will almost be able to enter the constant temperature state after 1 to 2 hours. If the required temperature is relatively low, we can use a secondary setting method so that it can enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
