Working Principle

Wet materials are continuously added to the main machine feeding hopper, and the upper electric vacuum ball valve is opened to distribute the materials in turn into the top two material tanks. The upper and lower vacuum ball valves of the material tanks rotate to open and close, and the materials are continuously added to the first layer of drying plate on the upper part of the dryer under the action of the mixing motor. The rake arm with the rake blades rotates to continuously flip the materials, allowing the materials to fully absorb heat. The materials flow through the surface of the drying plate along an exponential spiral line. The materials on the small drying plate are transferred to the outer edge and fall to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. The materials on the large drying plate move inward and fall into the lower small drying plate from the middle feeding port. The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down, allowing the materials to continuously flow through the entire dryer, and the hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium. The heating medium enters the drying plate from one end and exits from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of the drying plate to the cooling bottom layer of the shell, and is finally transported by the rake blades to the discharge port and discharged from the bottom two material tanks. It is then discharged through the upper and lower electric vacuum ball valve rotation switch. The moisture evaporates and vaporizes from the material and escapes. It is forcibly extracted by a vacuum pump from the upper and lower material tanks, and the solvent condenses through the condenser and enters the buffer tank for recovery. The moisture is finally discharged.

The dried material enters the inlet of the pneumatic ball valve e under the action of the rake blade. The pneumatic ball valve e and h open simultaneously, and the dry material enters the discharge transition silo 1. The material in the discharge transition silo 2 is discharged outside the dryer through the pneumatic ball valve h. Similarly, the dried material enters the inlet of the pneumatic ball lave g under the action of the rake blade. The pneumatic ball valve g and f open simultaneously, and the dry material enters the discharge transition silo 2. The material in the discharge transition silo 1 is discharged to the outside of the dryer through the pneumatic ball valve h. This process is repeated repeatedly, and the dry material is continuously discharged into the outer packaging of the dryer.
