Working Principle

The central screw and outer screw belt are connected by cycloid needle wheel reducer to rotate at the same speed. During the operation, the central screw lifts the mixed material from the bottom to the top, while the outer screw belt with high linear speed lifts the material from the bottom to the wall plate of the cone cylinder. The two movements also throw the material to the space along the tangent direction under the centrifugal force, which produces strong convection shearing and diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing (The screw can also be made into a reverse screw).
