Hot air circulation oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3~7%of the traditional drying oven to 35~45%of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%. The successful design of hot air circulation oven makes that the hot air circulation drying oven in our country reach the advanced level in the world. It saves energy and increases the economic benefit.In1990, the medical management bureau of the State issued the industry standard and the uniform type is RXH.

Application Scope

It is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. The raw materials can be medicine raw materials, Chinese traditional medicine, tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, sausage, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish and so on.

Performance Characteristics

For the heating source, there are two kinds: the steam, and the electrical or far infrared steam for our users to choose.
The temperatures to be used: steam heating 50～140℃, Max. 150℃.
The temperatures while using the electrical type: 50–350℃.
There are the automatic control system and the computer control system for users' selection.
Commonly used steam pressure 0.02～0.8 Mpa (0.2–8 kg/m²)
For the electrical heating type one, the calculation is 15kw, and the practical power consumption is 5～8 kw/h.
Special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.
Quotation for non-standard ovens is available upon consultation.
Operating temperatures above 140℃ or below 60℃ should be indicated at the time of order.
The ovens and baking plates manufactured by our factory have uniform dimensions and are interchangeable.
Baking plate dimensions: 460×640×45mm.
