Descriptions

The screw vacuum dryer adopts a horizontal structure with conductive heating. Materials are continuously heated during conveying. Multi-shaft linkage can be configured to control heating based on material residence time. The rotating speed of the main machine is adjusted to control the material flow rate inside the equipment. Once the material meets the drying standard, it is discharged from the outlet. The evaporated water vapor or solvent gas can be condensed and recovered.

Working Principle

The equipment adopts heating for both spiral blades and the main shaft, and the tank body is heated via a jacket structure. Multiple heating media are available according to material requirements: steam, thermal oil and hot water. Raw materials enter from the feeding port and are heated continuously while being conveyed by the spiral mechanism. After drying, materials are discharged from the outlet to realize continuous drying production.

Performance characteristics

The structure of fluidization bed is of round so as to avoid dead corner.
Inside the hopper there is a stirring device in order to avoid agglomeration of raw material and arming canal of flow.
The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. It is very convenient and full. The discharged system can be designed as request too.
It is operated at he conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered.
Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient for cleaning. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity.
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time is 20-30 minutes normally.
