System principle and application scope

This equipment is a vacuum drying device optimized and upgraded for the common defects of conventional vacuum drying ovens, including large internal temperature difference, low drying speed, inconsistent drying degree of upper and lower materials, material foaming and overflow, and prolonged drying cycle. It is widely applied for low-temperature drying in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries.
Equipped with heating radiators and internal heating plates, the equipment can rapidly break material bubbles after heating. It features uniform internal temperature, fast drying speed, low pollution, energy conservation and high production efficiency, without damaging the internal quality of dried products.
The equipment heats and dries materials through internal plates and cabinet jackets under vacuum conditions. A vacuum pump exhausts air and moisture to form a vacuum working environment and lower the boiling point of water, realizing high-efficiency drying at low temperature with full heat utilization and zero impurity contamination during operation.
Adopting static vacuum drying, it causes no damage to material shapes. Clean air can quickly eliminate material bubbles, fully complying with GMP standards. A high-performance PLC realizes full-process detection and automatic adjustment of working pressure and temperature, and outputs operation reports in real time for filing and traceability.

Note: Standard one-piece molding drying plates are recommended with no cleaning dead angles.
