Working Principle

Material liquid is fed via a diaphragm pump under high pressure and atomized into fine droplets. The droplets flow downward concurrently with hot air. Most finished powder is collected at the bottom discharge port. Waste gas mixed with ultrafine powder passes through cyclone separation and is exhausted by the induced draft fan. Fine powder captured by the cyclone separator is collected from its bottom discharge hopper. A secondary dust removal device can be installed at the fan outlet, delivering a powder recovery rate of 96% to over 98%.
