Working Principle

The high-speed centrifugal spray device for traditional Chinese medicine extract applies centrifugal spray drying technology to the drying of specific materials. It is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into fine fog droplets, which fully contact with hot air to complete instant drying and form powdered finished products.

Product introduction

This machine adopts a fully closed structure. All parts are made of stainless steel and equipped with a three-stage purification device, which makes the filtered air meet 100,000-class purification standards. The cylinder top is fitted with a cold wall unit to keep the wall temperature below 80 ℃. The drying tower is equipped with an air brush cleaning device.
After drying traditional Chinese medicine extracts with this machine, no coking or deterioration occurs to the powder. The powder collection rate is greatly improved to over 95%, while no cross-mixing or wall sticking problems appear.

1. The tower body is equipped with an air-cooled jacket.
2. The tower body is fitted with an automatic vibration device.
3. The tower body and pipelines are provided with quickly openable cleaning holes and sewage discharge holes.
4. A thermostat feeding tank is available upon request.
5. A manual high-pressure washing machine is available upon request.
6. All material contact parts are fully made of stainless steel.
7. Material collection adopts two-stage cyclone separation, or one-stage cyclone combined with one-stage wet dust removal.
8. The inlet air temperature features continuous and automatic control.
9. An air sweeping device can be equipped upon request.
