Working Principle

First, a certain amount of seeds (dry powder matrix) are heated with hot air to make the seeds boil and dry. Then, the extract liquid is added through the atomizer, and the hot air is continuously heated. The seeds are boiling and drying, and granulating at the same time, until the extract feeding is stopped and the particles meet the drying requirements.

Spray drying / fluidization granulation is integrated to achieve liquid granulation by one-step granulation. The spray technology is especially suitable for micro excipients and thermosensitive materials, and its efficiency is 1-2 times higher than that of a boiling granulator. The final moisture content of the product can reach 0.1%. With the powder returning device, the granulation rate is more than 95%, and 0.2-2 mm particles can be prepared. The improved design of internal mixing multi-fluid atomizer can handle 1.3 g/cm³ of extract.
