Multifunctional pelletizing and coating machine is a new solid preparation equipment which combines spray drying granulation technology with fluidized bed, spouted fluidized bed technology and rotary granulation technology. It is mainly suitable for pelleting, pelleting and coating in Chinese and Western medicine, food, chemical industry and other industries. Such as granules before tablet pressing, hard capsule granules, Chinese and Western medicine granules and solid beverage (solid instant granules) in beverage, especially suitable for sustained-release capsules and granules.

Application scope

Mixing: For fluidizable materials, such as powder, particles, pellets, etc. can be uniformly mixed in this equipment. Because of the three dimensional movement of air (horizontal, ray and tangent direction), the mixing effect is very superior.
Granulation: Spraying binder to powder material can produce products of various particle ranges.
Coating: A very effective material bed spraying system, and the use of a new three layer structure nozzle for powder, particles or pellets as film coating.
Hot-melt coating: Hot-melt materials such as hot wax powder, particles and pellets can be used as film coating.
Spray drying: spray the suspension onto the powder.
Cooling: Cooling the product by fluidizing and boiling the material with dry cold air.
