Working Principle

After clean air is cooled, it enters the granulating tower. Inside the tower, a special centrifugal granulation nozzle is adopted. Various feed liquids are atomized into tiny droplets of the required size through variable frequency speed regulation. The droplets quickly exchange heat with cold air to remove heat from the feed liquid, and the finished materials are discharged from the tower bottom and cyclone separator.

Application scope

This series of spray granulators is mainly used for spray cooling granulation of resins, oils and vitamins that require melting and cooling granulation, such as stearic acid, paraffin wax, rice bran wax, antioxidants, nicotinamide and other similar materials.
