Overview
MVR evaporator (mechanical vapor recompression) abbreviation. MVR is a technology that reuses the energy of the secondary steam it generates, thereby reducing the demand for external energy.
The secondary steam, after being compressed by the compressor, increases the pressure and temperature, and the heat enthalpy increases accordingly. It is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator to be used as heating steam, that is, raw steam, so that the material liquid maintains the evaporation state, and the heating steam itself transfers heat to the material itself and condenses into water. In this way, the steam that was originally going to be discarded is fully utilized, latent heat is recovered, thermal efficiency is improved, and raw steam is saved.
Features
1. MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is currently the most advanced evaporator technology in the world. It only requires a very small amount of steam (a small amount of primary steam is required when starting up, and almost no primary steam is needed during normal operation), which greatly reduces the operating costs of enterprises and reduces environmental pollution.
2. Due to the use of a compressor to provide heat source, the temperature difference is much smaller than that of a traditional evaporator, which can achieve gentle evaporation, greatly improving product quality and reducing scaling.
3. No condenser is needed or only a small area of condenser is needed. The structure and process are very simple. It is fully automatic operation, can run continuously, and is safe and reliable.
4. The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipelines, which can realize on-site cleaning. The entire equipment is easy to operate, has no dead ends, has a high degree of automation and operates smoothly.
5. This evaporator evaporates the material at a low temperature (evaporation temperature 50℃-95℃) and is not prone to foaming. The material liquid is uniform, does not run out, is not easy to coke, and the material has minimal heating denaturation.
6. Although the initial investment amount is relatively high, the return on investment of most projects is generally 1.5 to 2 years, and no more than three years at most.
