Overview
The three-effect wastewater evaporator is composed of three evaporators connected in series. Through the recovery and utilization of three times of heat energy, efficient evaporation and concentration are achieved. Its working principle is roughly as follows: first, wastewater enters the first-effect evaporator, uses an external heat source to heat the wastewater, and the wastewater in the first-effect evaporator evaporates to generate steam. Then, the steam generated by the first-effect evaporator enters the second-effect evaporator and serves as a heat source to continue heating the wastewater in the second-effect evaporator. The wastewater in the second-effect evaporator evaporates to produce steam, which then enters the third-effect evaporator to further recover heat energy. The first-effect condensate water returns to the heat source, and the other effect condensate water is collected and output as desalinated water. A portion of the steam input can evaporate multiple times of water. At the same time, the high-salt wastewater is sequentially concentrated from the first effect to the third effect, and reaches supersaturation in the third effect and crystallizes out, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation of salt and wastewater. Under the action of negative pressure, the secondary steam generated by the wastewater in the three-effect forced circulation evaporator automatically enters the condenser. Under the cooling of the circulating cooling water, the secondary steam generated by the wastewater is quickly converted into condensed water. Condensed water can be recycled to the reuse pool by returning water. The three-effect wastewater evaporator has higher evaporation efficiency during the wastewater evaporation process.

Since the temperature is not high, chemical reactions are not easy to occur. While ensuring the purity of the substance, it effectively retains the original characteristics of the substance and ensures the quality of the product.
3. Easy to operate: The three-effect wastewater evaporator adopts a fully automated control system. During the operation, you only need to set various parameters to automatically complete the entire evaporation process, which greatly reduces the difficulty of operation and manual intervention, and improves production efficiency.
4. The equipment occupies less space: Compared with traditional evaporators, the equipment structure of the three-effect wastewater evaporator is more compact and occupies a smaller area. At the same time, its multi-stage evaporation structure can also significantly reduce the number of equipment and occupied space, effectively reducing the construction costs of the factory.
5. Can adapt to a variety of substances: The three-effect wastewater evaporator adopts multi-stage evaporation technology and can adapt to various substances of different properties, including high-concentration substances and substances that are easy to crystallize. In particular, it has good adaptability to high-viscosity substances and RO membrane concentrated water, and is widely used in production.
