Working Principle

Driven by the driving shaft, the cylinder body of the charging material makes compound movements such as repeated translation, rotation and tumbling to make the material move in three directions along the cylinder body, so as to realize mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and doping of various materials, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.

Application scope

The machine mixing cylinder has multi-direction movement. The material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, stratification and accumulation phenomenon. Each component can have a wide range of weight ratio with high mixing rate, which is an ideal product among various current mixing machines.
Barrel loading rate is large, up to 90% (ordinary mixer is only 50%), with high efficiency and short mixing time. The cylinder body adopts arc transition and is treated by precision polishing.
It is suitable for high uniformity mixing of powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining, metallurgy, national defense industry and various scientific research units.
