Working Principle

Dual-arm two-dimensional mixer is a equipment used for material blending, known for its advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low failure rate, safe operation, and noise-free performance. It consists of a mixing barrel, upper frame (swing bed), lower frame, rotating mechanism, swinging mechanism, and electrical apparatus.
During operation, the rotating mechanism, using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, drives the main shaft to rotate, causing the mixing barrel to spin. The swinging mechanism, driven by an electric motor through chain drive to the reducer, utilizes a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a worm gear reducer to rock the upper frame, resulting in swinging motion of the mixing barrel.
At the same time, the mixing barrel is equipped with four sets of stirring blades and discharge helix plates. Through the dual action of the rotating mechanism and the swinging mechanism, the materials can be fully blended. Each batch of mixing typically takes about 15-20 minutes, ensuring a thorough and uniform blending result.
